MEET OUR STAFF

Our professional staff is OSHA, AMIAQ, NJDEP-Certified and includes a chemical engineer, wetlands specialists, hydrologists/geologists, registered environmental property assessors, lead and asbestos inspectors, microbial consultants, environmental scientists and project management specialists.

Christopher B. Neuffer, President is a specialist in site assessment and investigation techniques. Mr. Neuffer has in-depth experience in performing Phase I and II Enviromental Site Assessments, Underground Storage Tank (UST) removals, investigation and remediation, and ISRA investigations and compliance. As a former employee of the NJDEP, Mr. Neuffer also has a strong knowledge of State and Federal laws, regulations, and protocols. Mr. Neuffer provides oversight of all projects and continues to actively manage many of the larger-scale projects and complex real estate transactions. Mr. Neuffer is also a NJDEP Cleanup Star.

Raymond C. Stenger, Senior Project Manager is a Chemical Engineer with extensive experience in the manufacturing, process development, and safe handling of hazardous materials. Mr. Stenger has specialized in bioremediation and has a U.S. Patent entitled "Closed Vent Controlled Release Systems" for bioremediation of contaminated soils. In 1990, Mr. Stenger supervised and provided technology to clean up 2,200 cubic yards of contaminated soil in one of the largest bioremediation projects approved by the NJDEP. Mr. Stenger is also a NJDEP Cleanup Star.

Wayne T. Bell, Jr., Environmentalist/Wetlands Specialist is an industry recognized wetlands expert specializing in issues pertaining to wetlands investigations, delineations, waterfront/CAFRA permitting requirements, ecological assessments and environmental impact reports. Mr. Bell offers many other complementary scientific disciplines vital to addressing environmental issues which affect pre-planning and development.

James T. Dallas, Director of Sales/Senior Project Manager is primarily responsible for new business development, client relations, and sales and marketing for the company. Mr. Dallas is also NJDEP-certified for UST Closures/Subsurface Evaluations and is also certified as an Asbestos Building Inspector and Lead Inspector. His extensive background includes project management experience involving indoor air quality investigations and microbial sampling, asbestos building inspections, leaking underground storage tank investigations, field sampling and NJDEP reporting. Other considerations include remedial design experience for innovative remedial technologies.

Basil Ellmers, Project Manager/Environmental Scientist is primarily responsible for the management and field oversight of underground storage tank projects and environmental site assessments. Mr. Ellmers is also NJDEP-certified for UST Closures/Subsurface Evaluations. His background includes experience involving leaking underground storage tank investigations, field sampling and NJDEP reporting.

James Hackett, Project Manager/Geologist is primarily responsible for the management and field oversight of underground storage tank projects and environmental site assessments. Mr. Hackett is also NJDEP-certifted for UST Closures/Subsurface Evaluations. His background includes experience involving leaking underground storage tank investigations, field sampling and NJDEP reporting.

Mike Greene, Project Manager/Environmental Scientist is primarily responsible for the management and field oversight of wetland investigations and permit applications, GIS mapping and microbial investigations. Mr. Greene is also a Certified Microbial Consultant through the American Indoor Air Quality Council. His diverse background includes experience involving plant ecology and identification, wetland delineations, endangered species, wildlife habitat, flora and fauna, soils, indoor air quality investigations, microbial sampling and technical reporting.

Kristin Karr, Environmental Scientist, is primarily responsible for the management and field oversight of microbial investigations. Mrs. Karr is also an accredited AHERA Asbestos Building Inspector and EPA-certified Lead Inspector/Risk Assessor. Her background includes experience in schools, commercial businesses, and private residences performing asbestos building inspections, air monitoring during and after asbestos removal, lead inspections, mold and general IAQ investigations, and mold remediation project design and oversight.

Nicholas H. Phillips, Project Manager/Environmental Scientist is primarily responsible for the management and field oversight of wetland and CAFRA investigations and permit applications. His background includes experience with wetland delineations, wildlife species population surveys, wildlife habitat assessments, flora and fauna identifications and Environmental Impact Statements (EIS).
