Even in today's real estate market, any transfer of a residential or commercial
property may require some form of environmental investigation for dealing with mold
issues. The investigation may consist of performing a limited mold assessment, or simply
doing a site "walk-through" inspection to determine if any other significant
environmental concerns are present.
 Envirotactics' employees are
certified by the American Indoor Air Quality Council (AMIAQ) to offer our Indoor Air
Quality (IAQ) services. Envirotactics also maintains the required insurance criteria to
perform these IAQ services. All microbial and indoor air quality investigations are
performed in accordance with the industry accepted guidelines set forth by OSHA, EPA,
ACGIH, AMIAQ, and the AIHA. Envirotactics' highly qualified and experienced personnel

Mold Assessments & Indoor Air
Quality Investigations
Envirotactics Certified Microbial Consultants have routinely performed numerous
residential and commercial building mold assessments and indoor air quality investigations
in response to concerns about water damage, known microbial contamination including Stachybotrys
chartarum, odor, and general health complaints. These investigations sometimes
include but are not limited to a comprehensive testing of fungal and bacterial
contamination in the indoor air and offer a comparison of these levels with the background
levels detected in the outdoor environment. Once the delineation of any significant
microbial contamination is completed, Envirotactics can assist our clients with preparing
technical specifications for the remediation of molds and other microbial matter.
Mold Remediation
Envirotactics performs mold remediation services to assist property owners burdened
by indoor molds caused by water and/or moisture intrusion. Our extensive experience with
mold investigations allows Envirotactics to excel in the design and implementation of mold
remediation protocols.
Envirotactics performs all mold remediation
work in strict adherence to the EPA guidance document "Mold Remediation in Schools
and Commercial Buildings" and/or the IICRC S520 document "Standard and Reference
Guide for Professional Mold Remediation". A high level of quality control is
maintained on all remediation jobs to ensure that cross contamination of previously
unaffected areas does not occur and that the job is performed right the first time. If
requested, Envirotactics can perform pre-remediation and post-remediation clearance
sampling to ensure and to document that the mold remediation efforts were successful.
